Founded in 2010 in the Outaouais region, HKR Consultation is an applied engineering firm that offers a wide variety of professional and technical services in civil engineering. Thanks to multiple areas of expertise and experience, we offer a multidisciplinary, dynamic, human and innovative approach. A great engineering enthusiast, Antonio El-Achkar, an engineer since 2006, founded the firm with the aim of helping and supporting entrepreneurs who needed support for professional engineering services. Today, the services are offered to a wider clientele: cities, municipalities, ministries, but also for the private sector.
In recent years, the company has expanded several times, so much so that it serves several regions of Quebec and now has three offices: Hull, Gatineau and Laval. The number of employees has also increased considerably, from three at the beginning to thirty in about ten years.
Antonio’s greatest pride? Having built a united and competent team, capable of responding to such a large number of problems of different types, scales and contexts and having found so many solutions.
